Main responsabilities:
Plan and priorities personal sales activities and customer contacts towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity.
Manage up sell and cross-sell, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
Be responsible for his customers' satisfaction and loyalty through churn rate. The AM will build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. Maintain and develop existing customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.
To maintain and update records in our CRM system accurately and in accordance with data protection requirements
Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and external.
REQUIREMENTS
Educated to A-Level standard, minimum
Native German speaker, English fluent
3-4 years of account management/client services or client retention for a software company
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and clients
Ability to respond to frequent demands of multiple customers (internal and external)
Proven commitment to deliver exceptional retention effort and customer service
Achieve and manage quantitative and qualitative company's goals
Customer oriented, highly motivated - go-getter
Previous B2B sales experience is essential
Excellent presentation skills
High ambition and drive, relationship effectiveness, closing ability, problem solving and process orientation
Flexibility, proactivity, adaptability and a good sense of humor are essential for this role and the organization
