After-sale Technical Supporting Engineer

Responsibility:

1. To activate the service, to debug, maintain and inspect the sites.

2. Responsible for document compiling, internal training, skill transferring and maintenance etc.

3. Responsible for tracking and processing faults.

4. To support sites and lab validation via remote telephone and remote login.

Required skills:

1．graduated from communication ,computer fields

2．Familiar with one of SQL Server, Oracle and Sybase.

3．Familiar with one of HP-UNIX, AIX, Solaris and Linux.

4．Good at English and can use it as working language.

5．Give preference to those with experience of value-added service.
