Belgian Technical Support Agent required for Hewlett Packard/CPL

Hewlett-Packard/CPL is currently looking for Fluent Dutch and French speakers or fluent flemish speakers to work in their technical support centre in Dublin, Ireland.

The role will involve offering a high level of customer service to HP’s customers. The successful candidates will be involved in supporting the servers of HP clients and will require a good knowledge of servers.

The successful candidates will be:

• Giving first level support through information gathering, trouble shooting and problem research

• Logging and validating incoming contacts on the call handling system.

• Resolving customer issues using the tools and systems available.

• Escalating issues, when necessary

Candidates are required to have the following skills:

• First level technical support/ Desktop support experience

• Knowledge of one of the following areas:- Windows 2000/2003 Server technology, Networking or RAID and storage technologies.

• An strong interest in IT

• Good Customer care experience

• Speak Dutch and french or Flemish Fluently.

The Remuneration for these roles:

• Basic salary of €30,000 per annum + Bonus
