Country Manager Norway

LAiKA iT is looking for a Country Manager Norway to fuel our rapid growth. Your job will focus on expanding our business Norway, i.e. generating and developing new clients for all of our services. You will also be responsible for the overall marketing of the company in Norway including event participation, Seminars, press relations etc. LAiKA iT will help provide lead generation, and generally support your sales and marketing activities.

The job will involve limited travel activity to Copenhagen, Denmark. The position has great career & earning potential for the right person who is willing to invest time and effort to build a successful business. The package includes a very attractive uncapped commission, and thus appeals to a classic entrepreneurial hunter type.

A successful candidate is/has:

• Entrepreneurial, highly energetic, sales oriented and experienced

• Motivated by the results and success in the field

• High level of pioneering skills and experience in building up a market

• Able to work independently from Home Office and have flair for "distance communication"

• With personal qualities such as humor, patience and a "get down to business" attitude

• Management skills to build a sales team of 2-3 people once success is proven is an advantage

• Native Norwegian speaker and fluent in English

• In depth knowledge of the IT/Software industry including a good personal network

• Background in IT business and start up experience are very beneficial

• Proven track record in own personal sales meeting and exceeding targets
