Hostel Receptionist – South West London

Salary £17,307 per annum (pro rata) - Fixed term (6 months)

We are currently seeking a receptionist to work at a hostel site in the South West London area. It is essential that you have previous experience dealing with public and in carrying out reception duties. The successful applicant should have a good understanding of the importance of security and safety and some of the issues faced by young homeless people.

On a daily basis you will be the initial contact for both general public and residents, by operating the telephone system, be responsible for incoming and outgoing post, and undertake ad hoc administrative tasks, as reasonably required.

We are particularly interested in hearing from applicants who can provide excellent customer service and have awareness of health and safety policies.
