The Company:

Our client, a UK based international company, is currently recruiting for a Italian, French and German speaking CSA's, for their office based in Gibraltar.

The Role:

The position will involve dealing with a large number of inbound calls and emails from customers in Italy, France and Germany with issues relating to Bookmaking, Gaming and International Sports e.g answering queries related to accounts, payments, sport, IT etc…. Dealing with a wide range of customer service queries, ensuring the company is promoted with every customer contact.

Candidate Profile:

Candidates must be fluent in English and Italian, French or German and have a keen interest in sports/gaming. An excellent level of customer service skills are essential, as is a knowledge of a Windows working environment.

Salary/Additional Information:

The basic salary for the role will be £17,000 increasing to £19,250 plus bonus. The working hours for the position are 40 hours per week.
