Pre-sale Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage product strategy, presentation and roadmap to penetrate key accounts.

2. Work with sales team to identify customer business opportunity; organize internal resources to go after the opportunity. Plan business and technical engagements to win. Lead and deliver technical product presentations and proposals.

3. Work with sales engineering to deliver product solutions presentations based on company’s product portfolios, customers’ business model, technical requirements and competitive advantages.

4. Support customers RFx and bidding responses, working with sales team, and other teams.

5. Support sales on the project front-end.

6. Feedback customer requirements into product planning. Help R&D team understand the requirement and make product compliant with it .

Skills/Qualifications

1. Excellent knowledge and understanding of telecom network

2. good grasp of direction of telecom trend

3. Good interpersonal skills in terms of influencing, negotiating and listening

4. Excellent written and presentation skill

5. Able to work in a fast-paced working environment, Self motivated

6. Experience of working with multiple cultures and managerial methodologies

7. Experience of managing in complex environments and working in virtual teams

8. Work experience with major telecom vendors and carriers is preferred

9. Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant major
