Sales Analyst

The CLIENT

Our client is a major US Studio with European HQs in Central London.

There is currently an opportunity for a Sales Analyst to work within the Business Planning & Innovation team that looks at intelligence, sales planning and new business.

The ROLE

The primary focus of this position will be to create and present forecast and sales reports for lead territory and commercial satellites, track GP performance and compile a weekly / monthly / annual report with both risk and opportunity assessments.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Template building for tracking risk and opportunity.

• Liaise with Business Intelligence team to quantify impact of insights.

• Provide ad-hoc analysis as required.

• Measure impact on GP and customer P&L with regard to wholesale pricing.

• Review title profitability.

• Assist with sales data capture.

• One direct report (sales administrator)

The CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be highly numerate with good academic qualifications, proven analytical capabilities and will have come from a Home Entertainment or FMCG background.

• Solid experience in business analysis; both tools and methods

• MS Office, Lotus Notes and (ideally advanced) Excel.

• Commercial acumen, with excellent influencing and interpersonal skills.

• First-class communication and presentation skills.

• Demonstrable experience in process improvement and innovation.

• Deadline driven with a cool, strategic head, under pressure.

• Flexible with regard to travel (as required).
