Eastern European IT-company (located in Ukraine) is currently looking for Sales representatives in USA, Canada, South America and Europe for long-term collaboration.
Main responsibilities:
• Search and contracting with software development vendors and other companies that would like to have a highly qualified and reliable outsourcing partner in the very heart of one of Europe’s largest and most well-known offshore software development zones.
• Manage and implement the sales of outsourcing services in certain region;
• Work our effective sales management policy and improve sales management process;
• Assist Chief Sales Manager in Headquarter in Ukraine to reach the sales targets in USA, Canada, and South America and European countries.
Specialized knowledge:
Understanding of IT business functioning
Marketing
Advertising
Market research
The Ideal Candidate:
Has an experience in sales
Has excellent contacts in the IT industry
Extremely self motivated, able to work independently and proactively
Dedicated to deliver outstanding results
Engaging, energetic and driven
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Has proven leadership skills and able to motivate a other people
