The Position

# Provide technical Subject Matter Expertise input into solution design, optimization, change requests and problem resolution

# Participate in implementation of new projects and in changes of existing solutions and actively execute project related tasks and activities following IPMPF

# Coordinate and manage installations, upgrades, changes and software integration including test design, execution and support

# Ensure the integrity of solutions and qualified state during their lifetime

# Coordinate and supports security patching and upgrades with the PGx Solution Lifecycle Manger or Diagnostics equivalent

# Ensure compliance with security SOPs/policies, and that adequate access rights are given to trained staff.

# Ensure that implemented solutions utilise PGI standards.

# Coordinate incident management activities with the PGx Solution Lifecycle Manager or Diagnostics equivalent and the PGI component providers until final resolution and supervise re-active problem management process

You're looking for a company where you have the opportunity to pursue your interests across functions and geographies, and where a job title is not considered the final definition of who you are, but the starting point. - 5 years mínimum professional IT experience of application engineering/development or operations.- Experience in the field of Oracle, Unix/Linux, Windows and Storage technologies and architecture.- Computer sciences degree or Informatics equivalent.- Knowledge and/or proven qualification in IT Service Management (ITIL Foundation certifcation)- Cross Functional experience across Infrastructure and Development service providers.- Project Management experience.- Excellent analytic skills with ability to quickly understand complex and sometimes ambiguous situations; good strategic capabilities.- Excellent negotiation, influencing and coordination skills, advanced English Skills.
