1st Line Helpdesk Support (Danish with English)
Excellent opportunity for candidates who are native or fluent speaker of Danish with English to work with one of the largest IT Companies in the world. As a 1st Line Helpdesk Support Agent you will be part of their dynamic International Technical team providing telephone support to both internal users/customers and to external customers located throughout Europe. You will have an excellent opportunity to develop and grow within the team. The company offers you solid career opportunities within other areas of the business as it promotes internally.
Technical Skills required:
• Native or fluent Danish language skills with English, additional language skills are good to have.
• Excellent and polite telephone manner.
• Good working knowledge of Windows 98/ 2000/XP, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Proven IT experience gained in a technical support/helpdesk support role.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Team orientated.
• Proactive and able to react quickly to customer requirements.
If you are selected for this role, you will benefit from 2 weeks of full training that will help you to learn about the IT environment for a number of large blue-chip clients whilst expanding your Technical and Customer service skills. Upon completion of the training, you will work in a modern office with an informal dress code, and a truly international atmosphere.
